No, we charge a small fee for our initial consultations. This allows us to spend sufficient time to understand your needs, provide expert advice, and consider the best solutions for your space and budget. Our comprehensive assessment includes a detailed project proposal outlining all costs and inclusions in your project and serves as the basis of your contract should you decide to proceed with our services.
Standard Bathroom (no plumbing changes):

Our fees include our specialist design service, full project management services and all trades and services (as per your proposal). Your project proposal will not include costs for your Prime Cost (PC) items such as tiles, taps, basin/sink, appliances and other fittings. Our designers can work with you to help ensure your product selections work with your budget and style preferences.
In most cases, it is possible to remain in your home during the renovation. However, the feasibility may vary depending on the scope and scale of your project. For smaller renovations or projects that can be completed in stages, living in your home is usually manageable. For larger-scale renovations that involve extensive construction and potential disruptions, it may be more convenient to temporarily move out for a short period. Our team will work closely with you to assess your specific needs and circumstances, providing guidance and recommendations to ensure the smoothest renovation experience possible.
The design process takes between 2 to 4 weeks depending on how quickly you are able to move through the selections process. The build stages differ depending on the project e.g. a kitchen or bathroom renovation would typically take 4 weeks to practical completion then another 2 weeks to total completion.
While we do not offer standalone partial kitchen or bathroom renovations, we can accommodate works such as extra painting, updating electrical requirements, installing cabinetry or adding new flooring as part of a larger renovation.
We only offer comprehensive renovation services with full project management of all works undertaken. Whilst DIY videos make renovation look like a breeze, you risk exposure to hazardous materials, damaging adjoining rooms or compromising the finish of your space. By entrusting your project to our experienced team, you can have peace of mind knowing that every aspect of the renovation will be handled with expertise and precision.

Due to various challenges such as limited parking, lack of skip bin placement, restricted access, and time inefficiencies, we do not currently offer renovation services for multi-level apartments.
Our office and design studio is based in Fyshwick, ACT. We service all suburbs in the ACT including Hall as well as Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra. We periodically offer services in surrounding regional areas, please enquire for more information.
