After 17 years as a carpenter/joiner in the building and renovation industry, our founding director Olivier Aldric had seen the drive for sales and poor management cause many projects fail to measure up to the promised results.

Experiences like these motivated Olivier to think carefully about what mattered most in running a business. Since starting Salt Renovations in 2015, he has strived to develop a culture that treats all team members, clients and suppliers with respect and courtesy.
